A set of resources that can help you commission better digital projects
Back in 2013 (was it really that long!) I ran a workshop with Justin Spooner of Unthinkable Consulting for Arts Council England’s programme ‘Building Capacity in the Arts’. The workshop, held at BBC Television Centre weeks before it ceased to be , focused on how to commission digital work – from writing a good brief through to building strategic relationships.
Reviewing the documents from the session, it seemed that there is still value in some of the ideas and approaches we cover, including an adaptation of the Business Model Canvas for writing briefs.
